This has got me beat!
Installed OnlineVideos 2 on my "backup" system (Mediaportal 1.10) and all is well. Even "Amazon Prime UK" which had failed me until now. Gosh, thanks for that.
So,installed on main TV setup. All seems to be working (e.g. BBC iPlayer offerings via OnlineVideos), but if I try navigating through Amazon Prime in OnlineVideos I will eventually get "no video found" and needless to say I can't play anything from Amazon.

Logs attached.

On the side I can no longer configure the "Maya" skin in "extensions" and the error message mentions something with OnlineVideos. So can't modify menus.

You know you've got a "dirty" problem when no-one responds to your wailings!
So, I strapped on my crash-helmet and got down to some serious trouble-shooting...
Damn, "switching it (the PC) off then switching it back on again" didn't work! This is a really tough problem...
Uninstalled "Online Videos" then reinstalled again (checking all the options. despite "extensions" and "LAV filters" being up-to-date): That got it!

Still complains attempting to configure Maya skin in the MP Configuration Utility (not in "extensions" as stated above; sometimes head gets out of gear), often not letting me in the Maya "config" as it throws an "Online Videos" related exception. But I can work about it - uninstall "Online Videos", make the changes, then reinstall OV.

Hello, Maya is very old skin and I don't think it's maintained anymore.. Maybe you could look at other options? Sorry, I didn't know Maya was updated to MayaHD.
Looking at your logs I see constant error connected to HTPCInfo:
    Code:
[2015-06-17 18:22:26,022] [Error ] [MPMain ] [ERROR] - HTPC Info: Unable to load settings file C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\mediaportal.xml. (Error Code: System.IO.DirectoryNotFoundException: Could not find a part of the path 'C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\Skin\MayaHD\media\HTPCInfo'.
       at System.IO.__Error.WinIOError(Int32 errorCode, String maybeFullPath)
       at System.IO.FileSystemEnumerableIterator`1.CommonInit()
at System.IO.FileSystemEnumerableIterator`1..ctor(String path, String originalUserPath, String searchPattern, SearchOption searchOption, SearchResultHandler`1 resultHandler, Boolean checkHost)
at System.IO.Directory.GetFiles(String path, String searchPattern, SearchOption searchOption)
       at HTPCInfo.Plugin.(Boolean , String )
at HTPCInfo.Plugin. (), Could not find a part of the path 'C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\Skin\MayaHD\media\HTPCInfo'.)
Not sure if it is connected to your problem.
You have plenty of logs there so it's hard to narrow down your problem not knowing specific time.
Maybe next time you have it you could catch its time. And please clean your logs directories (both MediaPortal and TV Server) before test.
IF you have error you could post its screenshot or text also.
Sorry, I'm not an expect, just a simple user wanting to help :)

    Thanks very much!
Relief that I'm alright with Maya(HD), but had begun looking around. Avalon perhaps. But I need an alternative that can cope with HD and SD screens.
Wasn't aware I could "clean" the log directories. Will do that next time. If I stick with Maya I'll make sure HTPCInfo is uninstalled: Couldn't get it to work anyway.
