No volumecontrol with MCE-remote (1 Viewer)

I use the MCE-remote and after RC3 installation the volume can´t be changed when i play music anymore. It always worked before. It functions normally when i watch movies just not when i listen to music. What gives?
I use the pure audio plugin and ASIOFORALL driver but it´s the same when i use the BASS-player

Vista perhaps, MPconfig (expert mode top right selected) General\volume select Vista as your choice.
