first: thanks to ALL of these great replies. I'm part of the dev team now, and i'm sure if the skin comes out very well and working nicely for most users the mediaportal team will include this to the package [not as default], but it's still some way to go.

i did some work on other parts these days, such the playlist now has a new list view (playlist view) which has been included.

i also wanted to let you know that i will be on hollidays for the next 2-3 weeks so that i won't really get things done on this.

i would say it's finished to 70% (if important screens have the same weighting as not important screens [like settings]) and 90% with weighting

so i still have to do some work, but the most important parts are done (+gfx), so i guess i will release a version few days after i'm back from hollidays and start bugfixing .
