this is a wonderful skin. excellent choice of colors. very clean and functional. i love it.

but i want to point out an issue mentioned here before: keep an eye on the overscan/titlesafe issue coming with CRTs.
i used "soundgraph imedian" for a while and the thing that made this otherwhile good software unusable was the titlesafe issue.

    regards

you could try to setup your CRT view range within Windows - at least commodre 64 did and the skin is working fine for him now... just have a look on it ;)

I had to adjust for overscan. My CRT is a Philips 30PW8520, which I output over component with a 6600GT. I use the latest official nV drivers available at www.nVidia.com.

I tried 1776 x 1000, 60hz (Many CRTs support this natively). This almost alleviated the overscan issues, but not quite.

To completely solve the problem, I used the overscan compensation in my display properties and it works really, really well. I just set my resolution to 1920 x 1080, 60Hz, then manually adjusted the screen for overscan using the Nvidia controls for it. Really, it is quite simple and works very well.

i also did a config app for nonafo which lets you setup the additional plugins that aren't in home now, so keep interested in this ;)

    Some things I noticed.

The weather pluigin crashes when no internet is available.
videofullscreen.xml and mytvfullscreen.xml r still in mce layout.
tvguide and miniepg accessed through the dialog in tv crashes sometimes. Prolly cause the skin is not up2date yet.

    Looking forward to an update!

    Hello Mofux :)

    Any Update ? :D

The only thing which prevents me from using your skin on an everyday basis is the PowerScheduler problem. Since you're using a basichome PowerScheduler doesn't seems to put the computer down when idling on the home page.
