This seems possible because the GFX are cached in a unique file which store all the textures. Perhaps they are cached when viewed the first time producing a slowup till you've show all the gfx of a skin ?

That's because "nonafo" uses the basic home screen which isn't customizable yet. But as mofux wrote he's working on it. And I hope he's ready soon because I really love this skin.

no... it's not quite like that. it can work fine for a while, then will slow down on switching to a new view (Even if i've viewed it before), then after a while speed up again. sorry to hijack this thread, i might start a new one if i can get some more specific details!

i'm having problems with some of my coverarts - if i fast move the selection over some of my thumbnails the GUI stucks for a while - but i haven't found the reason yet.
