Not able to install Online Videos 0.17 for newly released MP1.1.0 RC1 (1 Viewer)

    I upgraded my MP installation from Beta to latest released RC1 and i am not able to install Online Videos 0.0.17.
    Getting below Error.

    "This is an old format file. MPiInstller will be used to install it".

    And when i press Ok, no other error message but i don't see Online Videos showing up anywhere in the list (Home or Plugin)
    Checked Plugin configuration but it doesn't show up there as well.

    Please HELP.....:oops:
