Not all channels available (1 Viewer)

I'm trying to configure WebEPG, but there are a TON of channels that aren't on the list of ones to choose from. I live in Kansas and I'm assuming all the ones that aren't on the list are all local programming channels. But why can't I pull info for those channels when I can view the complete guide from my area on tvguide.com, tv.yahoo.com, titantv.com, and even my MCE displays guide info for all the channels. I need channels such as TWC (The Weather Channel), The CW (formerly WB/UPN), My Network TV, LOOR007 (Local Orientation), WGN-TV, TVGN, The Education Channel, CSPAN1 and 2, ESPN2, I mean the list goes on. I'd say about 60% of the available 73 channels in my area can't be grabbed in WebEPG. What gives!?!?! I mean, I understand I probably don't need the data from a lot of those stations, but for the sake of completeness, why I can't I get data from them?

Yea I couldn't figure it out to me WebEPG is way too hard to setup I tried and tried with no luck
