Not all Recordings show up (1 Viewer)

Hi all,
due to a system failure, I needed to reinstall my HTPC -Server. Everything worked fine, however I have a lot of recorded shows in a specific Folder. I configured that folder in setuptv, BUT for some reason, some shows (e.g. Helix) are completely missing.
I also checked the Database-Tab (where the shows are imported) but none of the missing appear here.

Hints?
Oh, my version is 1.7.1...

so, what I did now: I deleted the recordings in the database, and reimported via setup, but STILL: Helix as the only (and latest) recording would not show up.
?
Are there any logs that could help?
