Not getting past startup (2 Viewers)

Hi Guys... Long time fan. using MP for over 20 years.

Currently running MediaPortal x64 v1.38.3.0 on Win11 with all recent windows updates. Still running SteamedMP skin,

This newish install has been running for almost a year with no issues until now. (Previous x32 bit i had since Win7)

I'm getting this in the logs. Full logs attached

The end of the mediaportal.log . I can't see what it is since when I think I've remediated the issue, the error just changes

I've cleared the cache and regenerated everything because other errors were that i was missing something in cache
