Not identifying new series correctly (9 Viewers)

Hi All, I have a strange one. I recently added 2 new TV series to my setup and they are not being correctly identified in the import. I have checked the naming for both to ensure they align with the naming in "TheTVdB" and they do. I checked all my plugins for updates and installed all available updates and they are still not being recognised correctly. All new episodes in existing series are updating as normal. I opened the TVSeries Configurator and the series are in the list but with Series ID's of -651 & -652. I have attached screen shots of the details in the configurator for both series. I did add a new series a few weeks ago without issue.

Would anyone have any ideas as to how to resolve this issue. Thanks in advance for your help.

This has recently been discussed here:

Suddenly , any series I add comes up with "No Match Found" If I try a manual search it just keeps looping back to the same message . No error messages are appearing I noticed this behaviour a couple of days ago . Tried on two seperate computers Any ideas ?

Thanks for the update on this. I should have searched before posting, always assume it is something I have done wrong.
