not playing TV stream on client anymore (1 Viewer)

Can someone look at my logs and tell me what I'm missing? I reinstalled MP 1.1.2 clean on a second client and can no longer play a TV stream from the TV-Server (set up as client/server).

I had just recently upgraded the CPU to an AMD 64 X2 +3800 (2.0 GHz) on this client ( I was getting lousy TV streaming previously with the old CPU) and started getting an odd overlay issue (an osd remained open on all screens) So I reinstalled MP to see if it would clear up the problem... then I can no longer play a TV stream, Live or Recorded. I reinstalled MP again and only have TV client set up for this report. I get the guide so I know It's talking to the TV-server.
