Hi,

I've tried to install Mediaportal and getting it to work a few times now. But it's not working after all.
Sometimes I can't scan for channels, sometimes the Database won't connect, sometimes I'm unable to create a new Database. Im tired after all.

Isn't there a tutorial which explains how to get Mediaportal to work with MySQL on Windows?


A few Minutes ago all was fine, I Scaned for 700+ Channels. When I changed into Mediaportal I was able to see the first one (something polish) but when I changed the channel I only saw a black screen. I wen't back to the TV-Server configuration aaannndd Database Error, can't connect, can't create.


So please help me I have no clue waths going wrong.

Hi,

Please attach the log files. Also, you may want to try another decoder. I don't think many people are using TT

Sorry I forgot to attach them.

And for the Decoder, I don't have another to choose^^ But I will solve this problem when the others are done.
