Nova-T MCE OEM Version (1 Viewer)

I found on sale on an Italian site (www.buynbuy.it) two versions of the Nova-T at what I think is a good price.
Nova-T Retail 94.99 euros incl.VAT
Nova-T MCE OEM version 78 euros incl. VAT (nothing included except the board itself).

Two questions:
How is the image quality of the Nova-T?
Are the drivers for the Nova-t easily available, in that case I'd go for the OEM vers.?

Any comments are welcome.

Or better go with the AirStar 2 PCI since now the devs. have one of these?
