MediaPortal Version: 1.2.3

Description
Bug report submitted earlier of crash when changing channels... now I am no longer able to even switch the TV on!

...as I said before, once it crashes once, it's dead FOREVER - requiring a full wipe and reinstall of everything. Other aspects of the program run fine, but the TV will never work again.

Steps to Reproduce:
change channels... toast... on next startup, you're dead forever!

But maybe your TV Database is crashed? You can try and repair it with:

    1. Open a Command Prompt
    2. CD C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.1\bin
    3. mysqlcheck mptvdb --auto-repair -u root -p

    when asked password = "MediaPortal"

    Hi,
From your application log it seems to be some memory leak, can you list up what system you use exactly?
& please reboot computer & try to start watching tv after that, when it crashes grab logs & attach to you're post here .

    Regards
    Roy

Turns out a reboot solved the problem! Ha... never thought of that... it's almost NEVER necessary to reboot Windows! ;-) ;-) ;-)
