NVIDIA Personal Cinema.... again (1 Viewer)

Hey... sorry, I know its been asked before... once by me.. but I was running 2k then... got XP media edition running now... and I crash with an exception error right when it goes to the "tv" section of the setup wizard... and when i try to run MP it gives me a "send this error to microsoft?" type crash.... Anyone had any luck, similiar problems before? specifically with this card?
