NVTV Single tuner Card new info (2 Viewers)

so if i delete the file

new info is like this
i delete card_card1.xml and start mediaportal mytv files reapears with only tv area nothing else.
stoping mediaportal and starting it aggain makes a card_card1.xml.bak
all setting as a -1 on them changing this as no efect the program is not reading this file for settings and no change in contrast or saturation.

i change those setings to contrast 7000 and saturation 6800 maybe its other range of values or simple its ignored by the program or graph

ps when you say do you see picture i beleave i have tuner on dont have picture cos of contrast is not ok right? i get that grey image and if i can change contrast i see picture....no picture for me is black or no signal ok

well digging continue

so VideoProcAmp default settings is the responsible for the grey stuff that we know now but what about "can´t create graph " in configuration?

well i found something maybe devs already know that the error is Nvidia Mpeg Multiplexer related. i cant to that like this
started configuration and tryed too edit my now nvtv single tuner card as soon as the error pop up appear i started graphedit and connecte to the process almost all the filter is there but Nvidia Mpeg Multiplexer is not and if i try to put it i get exectly the some error that configuration as on log...
i can connect all the pins on the graph in graphedit but any attempt to insert Nvidia Mpeg Multiplexer gives me the error in graphedit...

i put in a older nvmuz.ax but older ones works worst even mce2005 wont work ok


keep in mind that the card work perfetly in mce2005 or mediaportal 0.1.3

Found the diferences

ok so this is about changing the card configuration xml file i now know whats appened

NTSC.Install, PCI\VEN_123F&DEV_8120&SUBSYS_01E210DE so this is what the file says is aopen va2000

PAL.Install, PCI\VEN_123F&DEV_8120&SUBSYS_01E310DE and this is what the file says its NVTV single tunner...

mine is pal (XFX) so the correct one is that both including the imodv thats not here are Nvidia Single tunner Cards one NTSC and the other PAL.
i think the best thing to do is changing cardconfigure.xml to Nvidia Based Single tuner card and remove the comercial brand cos it can be wrong.

i found this is the first error configuration gives and goes to the mediaportal.log file
please tell me if this kind of thing is something moderators dont wont here i will post it on my site then.....

on one line it says adding Audio Encoder ........on the next it says Added Audio Encoder....but the next line is Audio Encoder aggain ..so it was me i i get confused witch one i connect the pin?..well maybe thats why configure says he cannot create the graph not twice i think lol

boring?...well fix my problem and i will go away or call my boss i will get back to work lol

Try the latest SVN with the old mux filter.
The mux filter issue is a known problem. It's a conflict with the DirectShowLib library which we use after 0.1.3.
It's an incompatibility Nvidia need to fix but they keep ignoring it.

using svn mediaportal-svn-06-17-2006--13-14.rar i have 3 nvmux.ax files version

3.2.37.0 the one that is on Nvidia Site as of 02 Fev 2005
3.2.34.0 the one in va2000n Site version 41
1.0.4.0 the one in my XFX cd

well all of them give me the same result now contrast goes to zero and image is negative you know like a picture negative on the fotos? thats how my image appears. now graphedit shows contrast 0 .

i removed the card_card1 file and backup file and make configuration create one
aggain with each nvmux change it gives the some "cant create graph " twice aggain but nvtv single tunner appears after, mytv gives picture in negative.

as for they know about it and dont fix it i beleave its becouse they say the card its for mce and it works there, unfortunatly mce doent has my natural language and nobody else in my house knows english
i had allready translated strings.html (all the no strings that log say no portuguese id for) to portuguese and i can send that file somewhere

my family is asking me to put the "good program back" lol thats 0.1.3.0 they dont like mce cos they cant even get the recorded tv programs back cant see them on other pc cos of that dvr-ms thing.

i will continue to try untill it works lol or untill run out of time

get graphedit inside mediaportal

so as of now i get graphedit inside mediaportal so when mediaportal starts the first thing i do is go to plugins->programs->graphedit change the videoProcAmp (nvtv) thing then start MyTV, for a pseudo fix anyone with the right skills could make that process as a real plugin but then aggain if the problem is as dman says it wold be hard to do also lol
it worked for 16 hours without trouble....nice 0.2.0 is going there....i know it

i notice another anoyance or else two, first one i cant convert anything dvr-ms from mce with mediaportal compress, it just says error ( had to record a program now cant get it to mpeg without trouble)

mediaportal records ok but i get scared with it cos after a while my screen turned green and i could see the tv picture but it recorded ok i tryed later green screen tv picture but good recording hum one setting i miss? cant i see a program and record it at the same time?

well thats it for now i m downloading the last svn and do a test aggain

MyTV now starts with goodpicture quality no grey no need to use graphedit nothing just fire it up and i have picture wow.

i remove the card_card1.xml get it back with configuration, no aopen now just nvtv single tuner great lol restart the machine and it worked ...(that double cant creat graph remains but it works who cares?)

Thank you for solving my problem (are you just wonting me to get back to work!!!!)

No luck i will remain here and do whatever hwlp i can .
