Object '/TvControl' has been disconnected or does not exist at the server (1 Viewer)

Searched and followed the How to start a support or bugreport thread guide.
Ongoing issue, wanted to make sure it happened consistently before posting.
This is on the SERVER computer (not dedicated) I have others that will connect to it in the future after this works.

1) MP client was running fine, watching live and recorded TV
2) Close MP client a few hours ago and left it not running, TvService.exe running as it always does in the background

3) Internet stopped working, now it is back up and running
4) Started MP, went immediately to TV, and it just froze, TaskManager said "Not responding"

5) Tried "net stop tvservice" and got "the requested service could not be stopped"
6) Came here, and followed the guide, so fired up the DEBUGGER.

7) This time, when going to TV, it came up with "Please specify the IP address or host name of the master tv service"
8) The correct NAME is listed but i clicked it and chose DONE anyway. Then it said MY TV Unable to connect to the tvserver connected to db all ip ports seems fine

9) tried net stop tvservice, this time it said "service could not be controlled in its present state"
10) tried starting the TV SERVER CONFIGURAION, and got the "tv service is not running. start it now?"

11) clicked no
12) did #9 again
13) did net start tvservice and it said the requested service has already been started
14) did $10, except i PRESSED YES
15) errored out with a window error, which I attached in the zip file, and here as a png

Here is the first line from the png:
Fail to startup tvserviceSystem.Runtime.Remoting.RemotingException: Object/TvControl' has been disconnected or does not exist at the server.

The same exception (though it is caught and will only show in the log files) also occurs in the tv-server config when you browse the ci menu, leave it open for a while and then browse the menu again.

See last few lines of log file.

thank you, I appreciate the pointer I'll just go with a reinstall to determine whether to keep MP or not, going to
1)add one thing at a time
2)test
3) if works (backup)
else { try again}
4) hopefully this way ill find the culprit, and it won't be a plugin or add-on that I really want and make me just go for WinMCE instead
