Odd 15 minute TV-Guide shift error (1 Viewer)

Hi. I have a very odd error when entering TV-Guide. It is off by 15 minutes. Please note that it is NOT the XMLTV data that is wrong. Let me try to explain: When the system clock in the lower left corner (correctly) shows 21:00, the arrows / position marker in TV-Guide shows 21:15. This makes it very difficult to select or record shows....

I've tried several skins, all with the same odd behaviour, and again, it is NOT the XMLTV data....
Might it be important that i'm (forced to) run at 1024x768 display, and cannot use higher ones? Please help, this is driving me nuts!
