I'll look into the LZMA and see if I can make sense of it. To be able to commit changes, you need to create a SourceForge account and send the user name to me.

Hi there,

I've got a problem getting myEmulators to work.

When trying to Configure the Plugin i get an Error Message:
SQLiteException: Failed to open database, SQLite said: database\myEmulators.db3 CANTOPEN

No wonder, when I look into "\Mediaportal\Database" the myEmulators.db3 doesn't even exist.
Where can I get the db? Isn't the plugin supposed to create the file?

Greetz and thx in advance

Yeah, it's supposed to create it but it seems it can't. This problem has occured for several users, and I still don't know why it can't write to that directory for some people.

The User that runs Mediaportal on my Box has Full permissions on the \Mediaportal Folder. I don't think that's my Problem. Just tell me when you need more Information (Jit Debug Log, Box Specs etc.)

Sure, I would be happy to get your JIT debugging and MP log (Mediaportal\Log\Mediaportal.txt). I assume that everything works until you press the save or apply button?

OK, I've attached "Jit.txt" and "Mediaportal.log" hope this helps. The Crash occurs when trying to start the Configuration of MyEmulators from the MyPlugins Tab in Mediaportal Configuration.

Thx and Greetings

I've edited the DB creation script so it should work better. Download the latest SVN version, and see if it does.

Hi Chreekar,
I'm truely enjoying your plugin but I cannot reenter the configuration of the plugin without getting a database error

- The error states that it cant find the emulator database in "Start menu/mediaportal/database..." where it should look in "program files/team mediaportal/mediaportal/database..." - So it is building the wrong path to the database - I don't know if it the same error that the other users are seeing?
-Nevermind, changed the shortcut to configuration.exe to start in the Mediaportal folder and it works again.

I don't think it is the same problem. I should probably change the code to have an absolute path instead of the working directory, but until then, you'll have to do as you did.

Hi there,

had some time to test the latest svn. I Get a new Error:
"System.IO.DirectoryNotFoundException: Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\user.DOMAIN\Startmenü\Programme\MediaPortal\database\myEmulators.db3'."
When I Create the missing Folder "database" in this Path i'm back at:
SQLiteException: Failed to open database, SQLite said: database\myEmulators.db3 CANTOPEN

Greetz :(
