On screen keyboard and SMS (1 Viewer)

I have never gotten these to work properly.
They always appear under every other window open, making them un-usable.

Did these ever work?
am I doing something wrong?

I would love to get these working, there doesn't seem to be any other solution that would be as workable.

I am on vista 64 using the latest builds of MP and IRSS.\

UPDATE:

It seems the OSK works fine if it is activated from the tray icon (via macro)

however, if activated either by action or macro using the remote, the OSK never stays on top and always shows at the very bottom of all windows.

it seems the 'stay on top' function for the OSK and SMSOSK are not being initiated correctly when activated via remote?

The OSK would be a life saver for so many things if it only worked correctly.
I have tried this on windows XP as well and get the same results.

I have tried several different vewrsions as well, so it seems this issue is an old one.

Has anyone been able to get the OSK to work correctly and stay on top and allow you to control iot with the remote? even more importantly to SEE it?

Bumping this old post.
I am sure this would be an ultra-easy fix, especially since it works correctly from the tray.

does anyone have any suggestions?
better yet, does a dev feel like taking a few minutes to look into this issue?
it seems like it just isn't firing right.

I guess not many people are clear what you are talking about. Do you mean the MP Onscreen Keyboard? Of do you mean the Windows Keyboard? If so, you would need to tell people a bit more exact what you are doing, incl. the remote you are using...
