Hm, strange.

Can you try again and see if it was a temporary issue?

I do see in the onlinevideos.log:

Error retrieving 'http://raw.githubusercontent.com/offbyoneBB/mp-onlinevideos2/master/MPEI/update.xml'

Perhaps you can check (after a failure) if you can open that xml file (in a browser or something)?
