online videos locks up on bbc iplayer (1 Viewer)

BBC iplayer plays fine until you try to seek forwards, the first time it works ok and carries on playing, the second time it locks up, the only way out is to close media portal from the task manager, the only thing I could see in the logs was this:

I dhave installed the flv splitter in the online videos setup btw, I'm using 0.27

any suggestions?
