Hello to all!

Again I have troubles with Pro7, SAT1, Vox, RTL, all with flv-streams and I can't find a solution.

I've updated SAF from SAF4.00beta22 **unlocked** to SAF4.00 stable **unlocked**. Every time I will play a file from these stations mediaportal freezes and I don't know why. Maybe the wrong codecs, maybe the firewall aigan, I don't know. So can you please help me? What I'm making wrong?

Hi DJProject,

You could considder trying the latest SAF 5.0 experimental. It contains the new experimental flvsplitter from Offbyone. For me it improves things a lot.

Now I've installed SAF500svn100412 and now I can't also watch "ZDF Mediathek" anymore. Every time I get "unable to play stream.flv?rtmpurl=...." and it's only when I want to stream .flv.

Has somebody an idea? Is there a setting, which I've forgotten? Must I install a codec or player too?

ZDF Streams are mms://, check that SAF didn't disable your Windows Build-In Codecs for that.

The problem from your log shows an error with SAT1. Maybe SAT1, PRo7 and relatzed utils are a bit unstable at the moment. Sometime the clip works when trying to play it two or three times, sometimes not all. Don't check Codec problems with those sites that stream rtmp.

problem solved on my own!
aked the very friendly dev from saf (more friendly then other devs), how can use it in the right way, becouse of powerdvd and so on. then i installed the newst saf5-experimentell. now it seems that all content plays fine.

feature-request

- deletable search history for online keyboard
- disable the text limit from search with online keyboard (after some words, you can t type more in it)

bug-report:

its not possible to delete downloaded videos with the delete-function from context-menu

The problem with Sat1, Pro7, Kabel1,RtlNow and VoxNow is that this Provider sends a 30 sec AdClip before the Show starts. After this clip your Ip Address will be registered on the RTMP Server and you can watch all Shows until your ticket expires. Since we skip ads you are unable to watch the shows until your ticket is ready. Theres no workaround for this. You have to start a show, get the "unable to play message", wait 30 sec until your ticket is ready and retry it a second time.

i use also saf500svn100412 have no problems with zdf. all or the most, content seems to play fine here.

The limits of the keyboard are set from MediaPortal, as the VirtualKeyboard is an integrated feature. I can not change it, or have to create a new one. OR, as MediaPortal is OpenSource someone can supply a patch to the MePo Team that adds these features

Will check with undeletable downloaded files when home.

you mean the updater who aperas each time if i start onlinevideos. i don t know an other updater, and this updater don t gives me sat1, pro7 usw, after i update.
so still the same question, how i can get this providers?
