I have no problem playing the online videos using version 8.3 but if I upgrade to 8.5 I get the following error.log:

Looks like it happens for all sites. I tried Youtube, Metacafé and Apple.
Using ffdshow and MP1.0.2.

Sorry guys, looks like something my system has in the MediaPortal Core.dll, but most of yours don't. I'll revert it and quickly release a new version.

During the installation it gives me the option to select skin, Xface is listed and "pre checked", this is why I though it was supported.

Oh, it does give you the option to select the xface skin? In that case, that's a bug of the MPI Installer, because I should not allow you to select a skin for which there are not files in the mpi package!

Correct! It was even pre checked as was blue and bluewide, MPStreamed was not checked!

Guys, quick question..
When I open up an apple trailer, it loads up, runs the first few seconds, and then stutters terribly (like a frame by frame slideshow)
All of the other online vids on this plugin seem to work fine.

Any clues would be fab! Thanks

hey, did you change the max resolution for apple trailers in the configuration settings for the onlinvideos plugin? it might be set at too high of a resolution (1080p or 720p).

Yeah I found I had to drop back the the "Large" setting to get these to run smoothly. Pretty sure its a bandwidth issue.

Interestingly, I found that if I suffered through one stuttered playback, the next time I played the clip it ran fine. So the stream must get cached or something.

request: view video icons in list view too! for example, if you change view to small or big icons you can see video thumbs, however if you're in list view, you cannot see small video thumb on the left of the list...

+ found a bug in apple trailers, no matter what genre i select i always get same list of movies... (action & adventure)
