after i try install OnlineVideos 0.5.0 01/06/2009
i get some pop up error Google.GData.YouTube.dll version=1.4.0.2... on MediaPortal Configuration-plugin

i uninstall OnlineVideos 0.5.0 01/06/2009 and reinstall youtube 0,5,4 plugin and now i can start MediaPortal Configuration-plugin


but now i have problems with my youtube plugin i can search and see all in youtube plugin but when i press enter to start play video i don't see the video from youtube

I can only see my search list, top list,.... but i can't start and see that video

pls help because my youtue plugin worked great before this



i ask for help how i can improve my picture on youtube in mediaportal . picture was ok but it is not that excellent when i am watching for example some trailer on HD in my firefox opera,..... so they gave me link to onlinevideos plugin and after i try this i crash all now my video on my youtube plugin in mediaportal doesn't work and also i didn't succeed to install onlinevideos plugin

pls help to fix my youtube plugin so i can see again videos also if you have idea how i can improve picture to look the same like in firefox on opera let me know


how i can install this plugin onlinevideo is it the sam like the youtube plugin or better than it

Why do you install such an old version? Current is 0.15 and doesn't have any additional dlls needed that could interfere with other plugins.

i don't know where i can find newone version and how i can fix youtube plugin and watch videos on youtube
i can search, look favorites i can do all but i can't watch videos when i press to star play video there's no picture media portal freeze

because youtube plugin was working just fine but after this he is not showing video in mediaportal

Hi banga, you´ll always find the actual version on the *first* page of this thread. And you should check your codecs! Maybe it´s worth to try out SAF, the codec pack especially designed for MediaPortal (and of course for OnlineVideos). tnx i know i install that and all was working fine. my youtube was showing picture not that excelent like firefox or some other internet browser so i ask how i can improve picture and they gave me link to try onlinevideo plugin but after i install him i have problems u can read it in my previous post.

So i unistall that and reinstall my youtube plugin for mediaportal and now i can't see video in media portal on youtube plugin

Hi offbyone!

I've installed MP 1.0.2 with OnlineVideos 0.15.0. I'm unable to view Pro7, SAT1 and kabel1. I always get "unable to play:blablabla.flv audio codec:". I've tried the howto with the SAF 4.00 beta 18 until SAF 4.00 beta 22. I've also tried MP 1.1.0 beta with SAF. No way!

All other channels (ZDF, ORF, ARD, 3sat, etc. etc.) work!

So please can you help me?

i install this onlinevideo plugin and it is working great

can you input search options for youtube?
also for metacafe, justin...

can i input some new providers like ******* or some xxx

Yes, you can click the Search button from the menu. Use left arrow to open the menu in Blue3 skin and be sure that you entered the Youtube section.

******* is already available but you need to enable it from MediaPortal Configuration/Plugins/OnlineVideos.

i found *******, but on youtube i don't have search options i only have a lot of options like: top rated, recently aded, sports, HD contets,...........etc. but no search

DJProject: All working fine here (MP 1.1.0 BETA with SVN 24553, Win7 64-Bit, SAF 4.0 BETA 22).
banga: The options you describe are the options in the list. You have to open the buttons (with left on remote or moving mouse from the list to the left). There you´ll find the "Search" button. BTW: What skin are you using?
