you need to update mpurlsourcesplitter, I made some fixes for playback of webm (MediaPortal IPTV filter and url source splitter is now at 2.2.24)

Thats right, i am also facing the same issue, btw. i tested with LAV

This also gives me sometimes trouble, during my testing of ARD LiveStream but in most cases it works, maybe as a workaround until we know why the sourcefilter has issues during installation.

Indeed mpurlsourcesplitter won't install correctly on singleseat (with tvservice) systems. Fix is on its way as soon as I get the green light from catavolt

Well, installation now OK
But using URLSplitter in OV gives me this:



OV tries to buffer, but then I get the error message
Maybe you know a solution?
BTW : All other tested sites work perfect (e.g. Youtube, IMDB Trailers, iTunes Movie Trailers etc).
Just the new ZDF Mediathek won´t play anything

If the old url source Splitter is used, which cannot play WebM files log looks like that

If lav is used I think the log shows Something Like unknown filter is used.

You can also try change the prefered configuration as shown in my first post, from WebM to mp4

Tried without URLSplitter (LAV only), same result

btw, MPUrlSourcesplitter is released.

Checking the url (https://zdfvodde-vh.akamaihd.net/i/...0709_vergessenepharaonen_inf.smil/master.m3u8) gives me a 403 (Forbidden), so either it's missing some cookies/other http headers, or it's geoblocked...

If you have a german vpn/proxy of some sorts, its not hard to add a proxy to the zdf site in onlinevideos, so that all zdf-traffic is going through that vpn/proxy
