    In the StartMenu under MediaPortal should be a link to "UserFiles" poiting to ProgramData dir. there is a folder thumbs/OnlineVideos and in there Icons and Banners. In those folders put a png with the same name as the site. (Icons must be square and Banner 3x1 aspect ratio). When you have done so, check in MP if it shows an icon and then publish your site again.
