Hi all,

I have filled in as much detail as I can above. I have just installed the mediaportal app on my Windows 7 machine. I have followed the instructions to setup my TV Tuner cards. Under the TV servers menu, I can see my two tuners listed. However, only one of them scans properly. 1DVB-T just whizzes through the channel scan and is finished in about 10 seconds. Says that it has found no channels. 2DVB-T takes about 10 minutes, and finds 65 new channels and I can update this.

So, in essence, the software is recognising that I have two tuners, but it will only do a proper channel scan on one of them (number two in the list). can anyone advise?

Thanks in advance

If there is only one aerial input on the card, then the card may be faulty or the drivers did not install correctly, with the channels scanned do you get a good picture on all channels, as could be a very weak signal, so maybe enough for 1 tuner but not 2.

So the easiest way of testing this is, do both tuners work fine in the kworld software, ie record and watch programs on 2 totally different program providers, here in UK that would be ITV and BBC channels.
