Only 25 FPS with CoreAVC on 1080i channels? (5 Viewers)

With the following Hardware, I only get 25 FPS on 1080i channels (like Astra HD+)

• Intel E6600@3.1 GHz on a P5Q Pro
• AMD 4850e on a Gigabyte GA-MA78GPM-DS2H

CoreAVC version is 1.8.0.0.

I am just wondering if this a normal behaviour (i.e. lack of CPU power in order to deinterlace 1080i material at more than 25 FPS), since I get 50 FPS with hardware acceleration on both system, using the PowerDVD 8 codec. 50 FPS look much, much more fluent, naturally.

Actually a stupid question, it simply depends on the deinterlacing method (which is Single Field by default, and this results in 25 FPS). Sry
