I'm quite sure that I did not change this setting the first time I installed 1.13. And I did not change this setting when I downgraded to 1.12 and got my remote to work again.
And that I know for sure, because I did not know that it hat to be 21000

So maybe the IRTrans server simply wasn't running. We'll never know.

I do see what you mean, however the answer to your question is no. It couldn't be that. MP's IRTrans port setting definitely has not changed.

At least it works now.
