Hi,

I still got the really weird bug that re-runs my series and adds episodes as series

4 series

when updated I can manuallly select the series, then it keeps asking me again and again.

If I look at the view, I see seasons named as series

I think you need to check your parsing expressions.

It seems you are parsing the Series as 'south park season 4'
when you really want the series to be 'south park'

WOWW Tremendous progress has been made here, my looping bug is also gone. I really appreciate the effort and time spend into this plugin Thank you very much..

One minor layout error found:

When you select a series and play an episode. Then when you go back to the previous screen and then back to the MyTV-series index the little screen showing the series currently playing (on the bottom left) is blocking the series text.

By latest svn you mean MP right?
I'm using it against 2.1.0. Given I had to be very sneaky to show the episode info while playing I wouldn't be surprised this is broken with a newer version of MP.
I had to 1) create a movieinfo for the episode filename while it's playing, 2) delete this movieinfo and 3) recreate an empty one (that is not showing for me) just to retain the "resume play" time.

But, I'm not going to make 2 versions of the plugin, one for the stable release & one for the latest svn. I would advise you to use it with 2.1.0.

Man I keep seeing this weird thing where all the log entries are duplicated; that can't be good. I never experienced that either.

Otherwise, please clear your log, remove all series / episodes from your db (or delete the db altogether), and start over; be sure that everything matches properly in the parsing test before starting the import. Then do the import & don't touch any other settings in the configuration.
If it acts up again, send the new log.

Multiple episodes

Can anyone help me with the regexp/simple expression for files containing multiple episodes? I tried the immediate obvious things, and I only get "Episode not numerical" in the parsing test.

My episode setup is described by the simple expression: <series>\Season <season>\<episode> - <title>.<ext>. Double (or more) episodes are <series>\Season <season>\<episode(1)>,<episode(2)> - <title>.<ext>

Of course, if this isn't implemented yet, just ignore me

hmm... maybe i'm missing something on how to install this but.. when i download it, it comes in this file structure:
\Release\MP-TVSeries.dll
\Sources\Skin Files .. ect

I'm trying to figure out how I'm exactly supposed to install this? I tried creating a folder "MP-TVSeries" and putting the .dll in it but that didn't seem to work it doesn't show up in the plugins under setup. Am I missing something?

you need to copy the MP-TVSeries.ddl under Plugins\Windows
and under the sources\Skin you will find 3 tvseries.xml files for 3 different skins.

according to which one you are using you need to open for example sources\Skin\BlueTwo and copy that over to Skin\Bluetwo

If I may suggest:

How about the option to specify regular and or exp per serie

So each tv series added gets it's own parsing field/fields so they dont interfere with each other

Question: I have some double episodes (i.e. two episodes, single file). How do I have to name them and how do I have to configure the plugin to get them imported?
