Instructions
1. Install the latest .NET Framework 3.5
2. Download the latest MPE1 install package of MyNetFlix Plugin here
3. Read the Readme.pdf file (At least the configuration part)
4. Double click on the MPE1 file and it will prompt you to install.
5 a. If you use the Streamed MP Skin, be sure to add it to the basic menu (MyNetFlix.xml is the name of the file)
5 b. If you use the MediaStream Skin, be sure to add it to the menu in configuration.
Notes:
- When you play a movie, the Stop button will close the IE window. NOTE: Hauppauge users will have to check 'keep control when MP looses focus" for this to work properly.
- When submitting error reports, please include your MediaPortal.log and Error.log files.
- This plugin is very Context Menu driven, so please feel free to hit the info button
- If you are running themes in Windows 7 MP will loose focus when using the My NetFlix plugin. (Thnx Mike1230) Please do the following:
----- Right click on the MP icon and go to Compatibility and then check the following:
----- Disable Virtual Themes
----- Disable Desktop Composition

15. Fanart download from themovedb.org. (These guys supply all the fanart images, so stop on over and say hi themoviedb.org (TMDb) | The open movie database
16. Rate titles in the At-Home & Instant queues.
17. Sort titles by Title Name or Release Year.
18. View movies you have rated.
19. Keyboard Functions for Instant Movies.
20. View NetFlix Top Rated 100.
21. View NetFlix Tox Rated 25 by Genre.
22. View Apple Trailers for many popular movies.
23. Switch between List, Filmstrip, Large Icon and Small Icon views.
Key Mappings
- CTRL-a or Left Arrow: Jump back in the time line
- CTRL-s or Right Arrow: Jump ahead in the time line
- CTRL-f : Change to next episode (for titles that have episodes)
- CTRL-b : Change to previous episode (for titles that have episodes)
- F10 : Increase Volume
- F9 : Decrease Volume
- F8 : Toggle Mute/Unmute
- CTRL-p : Toggle Play/Pause
Remote Mappings
- Pause button - Pauses the movie
- Play button - Plays the movie
- Fast Forward - Skip forward on the timeline (It always starts at the beginning of the timeline. This is quirky, but it works)
- Rewind - Skips backward on the timeline (But only after you go forward on the timeline.)
- Skip forward - Skips to the next episode of a series
- Skip backward - Skips to the previous episode of a series
- Stop button - Closes the browser and returns to MP

- Fixed bug where you were not always returned to the current movie when you hit the previous button.
- Added feature to mark Instant movies watched (shows button text in different color.)

- Refactored Code to make it a little more streamlined
- Removed Series Disc view. If you click on a Series that is Instant View, it will take you directly to Episodes.
- Refactored cover retrieval.
- Cached last view, so when you leave My Netflix & return, it should return you to the same point you were when you left. (Unless you restart MP)
