My ATSC card pulls in all my local HD stations ie. "KCBSDT". Now with my DirectTv coming in on the svideo port of my other card, i also have this channel with the same callsign "KCBSDT". So when the import runs and tries to match the cards for my first lineup which is the DirecTv lineup, it matches with the ATSC channel ID and NOT the DirecTV channelID . Then when it gets to the second lineup from zap2it (local ATSC) it matches the other ATSC channels not in the directv lienup by number ie "5-1" and finds the ones that do appear in directv as already in the epg database.

    here is my log http://pastebin.com/705662.

The IDs i want it to match with the first lineup are 1,2,3,4... and not 38,39,40...

    any thoughts?? :D

    thanx

    btw... wonderfull plugin! :D
    Hmm, my first thoughts are:

    1. Switch the order of your lineups at Zap2it web UI (remove and readd), make the local lineup first, then the Satellite? Not sure if Zap2it gives the lineups in the order you specify or not so this might not work.

    2. What about just disabling the ATSC channels from your Sat lineup? It won't map them then. If you want them, you could then re-enable them after it has mapped the ATSC correctly the first time.

Ideally, I'd allow you to map your lineups to specific cards in MediaPortal or compare the card type to the lineup type or something. Will definitely require some thought.

Like I said it was working fine last week with out the plugin. I have not touched the time settings. And the time is off. My settings are -700 (pst) I'm in San Diego, CA.

Can you make sure you have the updated 1.2 that I uploaded this morning, do an import with it and post the epg.log to pastebin.com for me. Thanks!

I'm assuming the plugin I 'm using is the 1.2 version as I downloaded it yesterday night. 6/12 Is this correct? I will upload logs asap. THANX!

Hi jonathan, So i had that same ideas to work around it. I tried disabling and doing one at t time, but the import is still matching my ATSC channels with the call sisgns, and it sees that they already exist in the database from the first import. So i just tricked it into thinking that my sat network channels were the NON HD network channels and got the guide info for those instead. But like you said, it would be nice to have a way for it to matchup a lineup with a specific card. That would be perfect.

Anyways, i'm just happy to have a guide up and running that i wont have to update in a week!

    thanx..

I downloaded the newest version, then deleted all current listings. Replaced the dll file.....loaded up MP and..... YAHOO! The times are correct now. I also noticed the pop up message works now too. I will continue to test and post and other bugs I might find.(hopefully I won't need to) THANX! for a excellent plugin!

I would just like to take this opportunity to commend JonathonB (bradsjm) on his work for this plugin. It is very clean and simple to use and he has been super responsive to user feedback. Since he joined the MP program team, things have gotten much better for users in North America and I am so glad he has joined the MP project.

Reliable guide data was one of the last big hurdles for me in MP. I've got ATSC running pretty reliably, with only minor issues (intermittent audio/video sync which is remedied by rewinding a few secs into the time buffer). The last bastion for me was guide/EPG data, and now that works very nicely.

    Thanks again!
