Parental Lock Issue (1 Viewer)

Hi all,

I've turned on the parental lock feature, put in a passcode, and created a definition for all R-Rated Films.

but when i turn on MP (and go into moving pictures) the parental lock is turned on and i can watch R rated films, i have to turn the lock off and i can still watch the films ???

i don't understand

sorry if this covered else where i searched but couldn't find anything, i'm gonna sit and go through the manual now see if that helps, but any thoughts would be great

IIRC you do the opposite, create a filter for the movies that are always allowed to be watched.

Sorry for the trouble. For what it's worth it was designed as a whitelist of acceptable movies rather than a black list of unacceptable movies because if the filter fails, that means the kids still don't see any bad films (they just might not see one or two kids movies as well).

no issue, its a great feature just should of paid attention to how it works
