Partial PC Sleep only (1 Viewer)

wheni push pwr button on mce remote pc used to power off, well sleep / suspend to ram (no hybrid sleep), which = power off 'cept for 5v to hold ram.

something changed, and now when i 'sleep' tv pic go blank, bit of hdd action, but pc power light remain on forever, although no hdd action.

1.2.3, no 'fortced shutdown, prevent standby when sharing media, drives disabled.

any suggestions?
