[PATCH] Hide Delete Button in Servers Section (1 Viewer)

This Patch hides the Delete Button in the Servers Section of the TV-Server Configuration.
I have no idea what function it has.
Maybe it can be hide to not confused the users who pressed it and getting in panic

I made some other changes in the dialog, too.
