Pause - any way to make it work? (1 Viewer)

Running RC1 Latest SVN

Ok so it seems that 'Pause' during video with a remote (at least the MCE one) is just broken.

The facts:

1) When you hit the pause button, it acts way to sensitive and will pause, but quickly un-pause, even if you just barely tap it.

2) All other buttons work fine.

3) Pause on the keyboard ('Space bar') works fine.

4) I attempted to use IR Translator, and map a button to emulate the 'Space bar', but this resulted in the same problem, of pause being too sensitive.

Any ideas/thoughts on this?

It would help if you gave some details about your setup.

At least some Hauppauge remotes are known for generating double-clicks very easily.

Working fine here, using mce european remote.

Run MPTestTool from the start menu repeat problem and post logs, also confirm which make does it say on the back of the remote.

If you're using IR server and you also have MCE Remote activated in configuration, they will both respond to commands and that could cause double clicks.

It took me a while to figure out why my volume would just shoot up and down.
