Message: <blockquote data-quote="damaster" data-source="post: 478933" data-attributes="member: 60795">I registered the 3 filters that came in DXVA.rar and unfortunately they didn't just work if I placed them in my system32 folder or elsewhere.  It seems they rely on a bunch of Cyberlink DLLs since they only worked when I dropped them in my PowerDVD 8 decoder install (also a torrent package that came with an installer that deploys several DLLs).  So I guess one needs PowerDVD 9 installed to get these stand-alone filters to work.  I only have PowerDVD 7 installed since I need HD-DVD support.</blockquote>
