I recently noticed I was no longer recording TV and couldn't tune live TV ("no tuners mapped to this channel")... checking the tuner list in TVSetup I saw only 2 ATSC & 2 NTSC entries, despite the fact I have 3 dual USB tuners (Pinnacle PCTV 330e's). Neither ATSC tuner had any channels mapped to it. So I disconnected the hub the tuners are plugged into, reconnected it, and restarted TVService. Bringing TVSetup back up I noticed that TV Server had "re-added" my 3 tuners to the list. So now, instead of 3 ATSC + 3 NTSC, I show 5 ATSC + 5 NTSC, with 2 of each type showing "No" under the "Init" column. I've tried a number of times to remove the 4 "phantom" tuners (by selecting them and clicking remove), and they disappear from the list, but for some reason if I switch to a different configuration screen or close and reopen TVSetup they're right back up there! Even though I've thrown up my hands and just disabled the phantom tuners, they still show up in other config sections, particularly the "Recording Settings" section... and there's no visible indication of which tuner is "real" and which is not. So changes to recording folder, recording format, etc. have to be made to all 5 ATSC tuner entries or all 5 NTSC tuner entries. Can anyone offer help getting these phantom entries off my list of tuners? Thanks! ------------------------------------------------------------- TV-Server Version: tvengine3-04-03-2008--05-07h--Rev18530.zip MediaPortal Version: MediaPortal-svn--04-03-2008--05-05-Rev18530 MediaPortal Skin: Blue Two Widescreen Windows Version: Vista Ultimate 64bit CPU Type: AMD Phenom 9600 (Quad 2.3gHz) HDD: Samsung HD501LJ Spinpoint T166 (500GB) Memory: 4GB DDR2 Motherboard: ECS GeForce6100PM-M2 Motherboard Chipset: NVidia GeForce 6100 / nForce 430 Video Card: Sapphire HD3470 (ATI Radeon) Video Card Driver: Latest 1.
