Description
I have noticed that the time on pictures viewed by: Shares and Sort by: Date Modified or Date Created are incorrect.
I have a picture with the EXIF date taken 6/04/2007 5:20 PM and the Created and Modified windows date time is 6 April 2007, 5:20:41 PM. In Media Portal it displays it as 6/04/2007 7:50 AM.
If I look at properties in Media Portal of the picture the date taken is 6/04/2007 5:20:41 PM.
This is out by my time zone UTC +9.5
Its also not always out by 9.5 hours as here.
Date Modified: 5/8/2007 3:22 PM but in Media Portal it is 5/08/2007 5:45 AM.

Steps to Reproduce:
View Time modified in windows explorer and then check time in Media Portal when set to View by: Shares and Sort by Date Modified.
