Pinnacle 300i + windows 2003 (1 Viewer)

Hi.. this is my first message in this forum
i'm trying to use the pinnacle 300i with windows 2003 server but without any results..

media portal 0.1.3.0 doesn't find any channel and before channel search report me an error

can u help me? also the pinnacle mediacenter doesn't work

First of all, you'll need to fill out the support template.

Second, why are you using Server 2003 as your OS?

i'm using win2003 because I need to have the system available from 2 user at the same time (local and remote) but if my 300i doesn't work i've to use winxp
