pinnacle 310e analog "unable to create graph for this d (1 Viewer)

I have installed MP 0.2.0 RC2 with cvs 02.24.2006:
MediaPortal TVEngine
On 24/02/2006 [16:05:05] dman_LFC added the following change: - Pinnacle 310e Analogue support - requires generic encoders and 2.8GHz P4 or equivalent.

but in setup when i choose 310e analog i have this:
unable to ceate graph for this device.

Same problem!! have you a workaround? could it be that's a mistake in the CaptureCardDefinitions.xml is?

For me the card works, but i have to start the Pinnacle Media Center before! Else i have the same error...

What I think Dman means is the encoders are embedded in the Pinnacle software, so unless the program is running nothing can access these.
What you need is a seperate encoder that is available for use outside the Pinnacle software.
Have you checked for any driver\software updates on the pinnacle website.

I found something on the Pinnacle site (I have a Pinnacle PCTV 100e, but the unable to create graph error also), but I can't install it on a non- MCE Win version (I have WinXP SP2 english)
