Play/Pause problem (1 Viewer)

Hi,


Hoping someone can help me I have an annoying problem.

I am using latest IR Server Suite, Monochrome, MP TV Series and MP Films and with some files when I press pause and then play it does not carry on it returns to the main menu as though stop was pressed.

The strange part is that it is not all files some work as expected.

I have checked that it is not a skin problem or a plugin problem. I am using a standard MCE remote and have checked teh button configurations.

Anyone got any ideas?? I have attached a log of the problem where the error occurred at 19:12.

Try narrowing this down to filetype, ie mp4 only does this, or divx\avi.

You will need to disable "hide extensions for common file types" in folder options\view.

Thanks for the suggestion, I tried a few items and it seems to be related to the sound format of the files in question.

All AC3 files exhibit the error no matter the video format.

I use AC3filter currently for this, any suggestions as to why this now causes a problem with play/pause?

Hi,


A little bump for myself as I really need help if possible.

As mentioned above I have narrowed it down to anything that has AC3 in, will mean that I can not pause and resume. This takes place in MyTvSeries, MyFilms and MyVideos and in all Skins.

I have uninstalled all codecs and reverted to a basic ffdshow configuration butthe problem exists. I have also done a complete MP re-installation and so am now using the stable 2.3.0 and no help.


Thanks for any help as without this functionality MP is basically unusable as can not even fast forward to point where you were and so there is no way to pause mid video.
