[no Bug] Playback of some movies doesn't work! (1 Viewer)

Hi Devs!

Playback of some movies doesn't work here with installed SAF5.0! If i press play on my remote, there is only a short flickering (i think, the movie starts for less than a second) and then nothing more happens! This issue is also reported in this posting -> Link and this posting -> Link! Because playback is working fine with graphstudio, it seems to be a player issue! Logs and infos are attached!

Can you try a couple of things. First remove FFDShow Audio as a post-processing filter (did you add this manually or did SAF add this ??)

Could you also try a different audio decoder and see if you still have the same problem.

FFDshow audio decoder in MP postprocessing should be there only if audio passhtough is enabled.

Removing FFDShow Audio as a post-processing filter solved the issue! I have added it manually! Do you need any log?

No logs need if you have fixed it

Disable the ffdshow post processing has also solved this for me. But i'm using audio passthrough. Why does it work without the ffdshow post processing? Has this changed with SAF5?

No, but MP changed, maybe it is no longer needed in MP postprocessing.
I do not have reciever, so i cannot try it by myself.
