I've configued the Play DVD option to use PowerDVD as an external player - however, when I put a BluRay disc in my attached Pioneer BDC202 player and hit the Play DVD option a window pops up entitled My Video with the message "Please Insert Disc"
Now I know the player works ok because it fires up PowerDVD Ultra in the background and I can play the film - so why can't I play it via Media Portal? Any help gratefully appreciated!
