playing multi-disc ISO's (1 Viewer)

Playing ISO's
How's this for a backward problem, I have a machine that I use to test all of my stuff on and an HTPC hooked up to my Living room LCD. I am able to play ISO's on my test machine without mounting Daemon, the box is not checked in config, I click on the file and it just plays. This does not work on my upstairs machine and I can not understand why. The test machine is running Vista, and the other is XP, I am trying to mimic this on another Vista machine without any luck so far. The machine that does work has had all kinds of codecs and junk installed on it, as a matter of fact I was getting ready to wipe it and do a clean install, but now I'm stuck. Any Help????
