Playing .pls files as Video (1 Viewer)

Hi all

I have thousands of .pls files looking like this:

On one of my PC's With 0.2.2.0 SVN build februar 10, they are playing nicely without any problemes, on the other 0.2.2.0 SVN build februar 26, nothing happens when activating the links.

I have added the .pls extension on both PC's under Video, and removed the same extension from Music.

The only difference on the two PC's, besides SVN build, is on the one not working I also got a TV Card installed.
On the PC that can play the .pls files, I got Vista Ultimate installed, and on the other it's XP pro, I can't imagine that could be the problem anyway.

Perhaps the mms protocol are not registered correctly, because when opening the stream from VLC nothing happens on the XP machine, but plays fine from Vista in VLC. But I don't know how to check that.

Please anyone, give me a hint to what could be wrong.
