This is really same bug we had before: https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/...ly-sound-no-video-displayed-86619/index2.html

-once, now and then, a recording cannot be played using MP, not a chance - but works with other players.
(The bug is archived, so I could not continue there - it should really be opened..)

I guess - because from the time we discussed the mediainfo.dll I did not see the problem
Now, two days after upgrading to MP 1.2.0 one of the recordings behaved just that way.
What I can see, is that until before the upgrade, mediainfo.dll were modified: 2010-09-12T12:32:54 CEST

may I guess it's to blame ? - if yes, this is a regression.

    Hi Al_Capone

In my opinion the thread you linked may have two problems mixed into it. One with MediaInfo that kkozma and solas989 were experiencing, and the other *possibly* with TsReader that you and mrspock were experiencing. I can play the sample provided by kkozma with MP 1.2.0 without any problem. I tried to download the sample from you (mrspock never gave one) but unfortunately it seems the sample is no longer available. Also, you and mrspock never said whether the MediaInfo upgrade resolved the problem for you, so I think it is quite unfair to say this is a "regression". We had no idea there was still a problem! ;)

Reporting this issue again is fine (I can't re-open the old thread), but please at least supply logs and a sample to allow us to reproduce the problem. The logs from the other thread are out of date now and the sample you provided is not available...

    mm
    :)
