I installed IIS, NET framework 3.5, SQL2005 Server Developers , MS VS 2008, for program and web development prior to installing MediaPortal. I have not used any of those at this time.</p><p>The dvbfix has been applied.</p><p></p><p><strong> Someone can delete this post - see the new post entered later with attachements etc.</strong></p><p></p><p>First step per instructions is to run TV-Server Configuration. I did so and got the first screen as expected - entered password 'MediaPortal'</p><p>Got the following message</p><p>Connection failed!</p><p>A connection was successfully established with the server, but then an error occured during the login process.
