Thank you, that solved the issue for me. I used nonafo on my LCD widescreen and when moving to a 4:3 monitor, I changed skin and it was unable to draw it (void StartScene() directx error or something like that, and no screen showed up). Just had to disable the WeatherOverlay, I half figured it out myself when the log said that the WeatherOverlay plugin was unable to initialize and unable to find a location to draw itself.
